28-year-old Zachariah Dobler of Wheat Ridge has been accused of driving under the influence after he struck and killed a local tow-truck driver. According to the Denver Post, a school bus carrying 33 young students from grades 6 thru 12 collided with another vehicle and sent several to a nearby hospital.
